TPG offers a proprietary process with a unique opportunity to identify the top talent for your needs through a subscription plan to allow for access to talent, reducing the high costs of hiring and offering a robust ‘qualified’ candidate pool in our exclusive offering which is not currently available in the marketplace today!

TPG utilizes their proven process to match our Client-Employer, with the requirements of the job requirements, however we don’t stop there! Our intake process includes understanding our Client very specifically (culture, history, success factors, etc.) through an assessment and an intake meeting that is utilized both for the client and for the potential employee (candidate). TPG then initiates the process of candidate identification; this process includes but is not limited to the following: researching candidates already identified by TPG as meeting the job requirements, candidates who have successfully graduated from CDS or other similar training/certification programs, candidates identified through our network and candidates currently employed by businesses in similar industries.

Upon identification of these candidates, we will evaluate each candidate against the job description. The evaluation will include:

(1) A personal interview with each candidate by TPG either in person or via suitable electronic method.

(2) Candidates are required to take a proprietary assessment.

(3) TPG helps candidate create a written profile based on career qualifications, with job-related skills/interests.

(4) TPG assesses compensation history, career objectives, etc. to determine alignment with potential employers.

(5) A background check is performed, which includes a criminal background check in each state of residence dating back 10 years, and a driving history/abstract.

Upon completion of all the above, a candidate is then evaluated for overall suitability for alignment with our Client-Employer and the position offered.

Candidates who meet the job requirements, pass the screening and evaluation, and who are genuinely interested in the job opportunity will be presented to the employer.
